If the bread of your choice isn't being baked in our bakery the day you want it, you are welcome to place a special order. 
Special orders allow you to customize products from our menu such as cupcakes to meet any occasion and theme.  Please place special order 2 days in advance.

Fallon's Gluten Free Bake Shop
is a scratch bakery located in Central New Jersey, within minutes of the New Jersey Turnpike, Gardenstate Parkway, Route 27, 440 and 1 & 9.  Our flavorful gluten free baked goods are great for those with Celiac Disease or for those who prefer healthy, preservative free foods.  We offer a wide variety of products which are exclusively gluten free and nut free in a 100% GLUTEN FREE AND NUT FREE FACILITY.
 
    All baking is done on premises.
